1. Introduction

Welcome to Goodence. By accessing our website and utilizing our AI visibility diagnostic services, you inherently agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Architecture

We provide Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits, Developer Implementation Guides, and consulting insights. These metrics are strictly derived from synthetic crawler emulation targeting the URL explicitly provided during your Stripe Checkout payload. All reports are delivered "as-is", natively parsed via algorithmic extrapolation, and we explicitly do not guarantee specific indexing rankings or placement within any third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).

3. Payment & Computing Liability

Audits are billed as an upfront one-time flat fee. Due directly to the dense computational cost of concurrently running our multi-agent AI pipeline and securely vaulting the derived cryptographic assets locally in S3, all sales are 100% final.

We guarantee that the service succeeds for any valid HTML-based website, including Single Page Applications (SPAs) such as Vite, Vercel, NextJS, and others. However, it is strictly the customer's duty to verify that the submitted target website is structurally valid prior to checkout, payment, and analysis. Because our architectural swarm deploys multiple resource-intensive techniques to maximally analyze websites, considerable infrastructure costs are incurred immediately upon launch, well prior to discovering that a website is wholly invalid, inaccessible, or non-resolving. Therefore, we bear no liability for malformed submissions.

4. Liability & Governance

You agree to hold Goodence harmless regarding any operational pivots undertaken by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity that structurally alter standard RAG retrieval pathways. Our pipeline defines best practices, not systemic guarantees against proprietary AI black-box volatility.
